How we handle your uploads

  • Who can see them: only signed-in Core Bikers Bhopal administrators reviewing your application. They are stored privately, never on a public web address.
  • Why: to confirm that you are who you say you are, that you hold a riding credential, and that the motorcycle is yours to ride.
  • How long: your identity document is deleted automatically 90 days after a decision on your application. Photos are kept while you are a member.
  • Deletion: ask for everything to be erased at any time through the contact form (choose “My data”).
